Overview

ASO High Barrier Multilayer Clean Bag in Standard Sizes is a "clean bag" based on our time-proven clean film technology suitable for packing products that require a gas barrier.
The bag manufacturing process, which is the major cause of contamination, is performed in an "ISO class 6 (class 1000) cleanroom", making the bags suitable for use as packaging for products such as pharmaceuticals, foods, cosmetics, and electronic devices.

Features

◇ With an oxygen barrier and moisture-proof interlayer, the multilayer bag provides high level gas barrier performance.
Fully additive-free polyethylene is used as the raw material for both the inner and outer layers, which provides high gas impermeability and minimal risk of contamination from material transfer or particles.

◇ Unlike aluminum laminated bags, our High Barrier Multilayer Clean Bags are made from transparent films, meaning that the contents are clearly visible. The clean bags are also flexible and suitable for bulk packaging.

◇ Our bag manufacturing is performed in an ISO class 6 (class 1000) cleanroom, allowing the inner and outer surfaces of the bag to be kept clean.
Before the product is delivered, the number of insoluble particles on the inner surface of the bag is measured using a liquid-borne particle counter on a lot-by-lot basis.

◇ We can deliver this product by the case. One case contains 40 to 300 bags, which are vacuum-sealed in small units of 10 to 50 bags to make them easier to use.

◇ ASO High Barrier Multilayer Clean Bags have been certified to comply with the standard for apparatuses and containers/packages made of synthetic resin (Notification No. 201 of the Ministry of Health and Welfare) based on the Food Sanitation Act, standards for pharmaceutical packaging, and polyethylene or polypropylene containers for aqueous injections in the 16th Edition of the Japanese Pharmacopoeia.

[Measurement method]
The bags were filled with 500 mL of dust-free water with a blank count close to zero and then the bag was tied at the top. Then, 10 mL of the water was taken out of the bag and the number of particles in this sample was counted. This measurement was repeated three times and the average value calculated. The total particle numbers are shown in the tables above.
