Overview

"ASO High Clean Permanently Antistatic Bag in Standard Sizes" is a completely new permanently antistatic plastic bag (patent pending) that does not incorporate surfactants (organic substances) or metals at all. This product is highly clean and safe for use in a cleanroom, for example, in semiconductor applications.
This product is also appropriate for use in the pharmaceutical applications and it has been certified to comply with the "Test Methods for Plastic Containers" in the Japanese Pharmacopoeia, 15th edition.

Features

  1. This product has highly clean inner and outer surfaces and is permanent antistatic available in standard sizes.
  2. No additives bleed out onto the film surface.
  3. Conventional processing techniques that may cause bleed-out or shedding of ingredients, such as the incorporation of organic antistatic agents, carbon, heavy metals, or light metals, or the application of coatings are not used. A new fabrication method (patent pending) is used to make this product.
  4. This product is an antistatic bag with excellent seal strength.
  5. These bags have permanent antistatic properties and can be used without having to worry about static electricity.
    This product is available in standard sizes. It is available in small lot sizes and small packs for immediate delivery.

[Measurement method]
The bag was filled with 100 mL of dust-free water and then tied at the top. The bag was left to stand for at least 6 hours, then 10 mL of the water was taken out of the bag and the number of particles in this sample was counted. This measurement was repeated three times and the average value calculated. The total particle numbers are shown in the tables above.
